The special active agent content of herbs makes them suitable for healing and health preservation. key element in the processing spices is drying. Before drying, medicinal plants should be stored under appropriate conditions to avoid deterioration quality where one possible methods pre-drying with ambient air. This work defines determination main operational parameters at forced convection drying air like rate, volume decrease, maximum velocity, porosity various (common yarrow ?
